COOKING CLASS, LET’S MAKE PASTA!
Nothing makes us so famous in the world such as pasta! And nothing can make us feel like home while we are far away as a forkful of this dish, so simple and yet so tasty! But do we really know its secrets and regional specialties? In a lovely farmhouse among the olive trees, we will learn the biological phases of the product from the grain to the grind, learn to recognize the various types of flour, the flour processing techniques, the seasons and their crops, and experience the flour processing into typical Umbrian pasta. At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy a delicious plate of pasta!
